Are You Asking For Something Big?

I'm on the email distribution list for the local Christian radio station...I'm also an avid follower of my favourite DJ's (Sarah Taylor) blog. I received this email from her from the station, and I really liked it. So I thought I'd share. :)

Hi Sarah, Remember being a little kid and dreaming about gifts you'd get on Christmas morning? Those 3am wake-ups on Christmas morning because you were so eager for the day to begin. Do you still have a child inside? Are you asking God for something big this year? The Bible says, "This is the confidence which we have before Him, that, if we ask for anything according to his will. He hears us. And we know that if He hears us in whatever we ask, we know we have the requests which we have asked of Him." ( 1 John 5:14-15) Like kids in our pajamas let’s wake up with this full expectation of God’s willingness to bless us. Hugs,
