4th of July (part 2)

After visiting the Locks, we decided to do a little geocaching. I mean, why not?!


Then, it was on to fireworks. Dad and I weren't too thrilled with our location last year (Magnuson Park - we could see three different fireworks shows, but couldn't see any of them really well). So this year, we set out to find a better vantage point....and we did. Granted, we were "technically" trespassing, and we were standing the whole time looking over a fence. But at least we got a good view! And this year, we could even feel the boom. I love feeling the boom. :)

Thought this one was cool. I was experimenting with shutter speed. This one was my favourite!
